9/23/14 Here is a link to our 2014 2nd quarter statistics. 2014 MLS Data 2nd Quarter. We will be getting the 3rd Quarter Stats by the middle of October. I'll post the update here as soon I have it.
It's been a busy summer. Interest rates have risen a little, but if you click on the link below for Pete's page, you'll hear that he thinks the rates may dip again. That's great news for Sellers and Buyers. I'm working on my September newsletter and as soon as I have that up, I'll create a link so you can see of numbers of sales and listings from our area. Parts of La Plata County are still lagging, but it creates a nice opportunity for buyers who'd like rural property. Forest Lakes is definitely coming out of the slump with several nice properties available. New construction is going nuts! If you want a new home, check out Edgemont Highlands, Three Springs, and a brand new subdivision called Estancia, located upvalley on CR 203.
I have loads of local information that I'm happy to share with you. I can refer lenders, inspectors, surveyors, etc. Get the picture? If I don't have it readily available, I can find it and send it to you. I'll put some links below so that you can do research on your own as well. But know that I'm only a phone call or text away.
